Vendor Questions Answered

When is the vendor application deadline?

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until booths are filled. We recommend applying at least 3 weeks before the event date to secure your spot.

What types of vendors do you accept?

We welcome vendors selling outdoor gear, apparel, food & beverage, handmade goods, farm products, automotive accessories, collectibles, and more — as long as it fits the spirit of the event.

Do I need to bring my own tent?

Standard and Double booths include a space only — you'll need to bring your own canopy or tent. Tent rentals are available for an additional fee at select events.

Can I vend at multiple events?

Absolutely — and we offer multi-event discounts. Contact us to discuss a vendor package across multiple shows.

Is electricity available at booths?

Electrical hookups are available at select venues for an additional fee. Note your need on your application and we'll confirm availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 14+ days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future event.
